On Network Randomization Methods A Negative Control Study

Research Description

This was part of the research project I did at the University of Connecticut for an REU under funding of NSF . I learned about bioinformatics and worked closely with a fellow a graduate mentor Saad Quader and professor Chung Hu. Furthermore I specifically studied the different methods of generated randomized graphs with specific topologies used by popular Motif finding software such as MFinder and others. More information is included in the technical report!
